ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE INSTRUCTIONS
CSK Alternator/Starter Roadside Assistance is available 24-hours-a-day, 365-days-a-year, anywhere
in the United States and Canada, for two (2) years from the date of purchase of your CSK alternator
or starter. To be eligible for reimbursement you MUST call the toll-free 24-hour roadside assistance
service number listed below to receive roadside assistance. Service is for passenger vehicles, vans
and light trucks only. Service includes a jump-start and a tow. This service is provided on a
reimbursement basis. You are required to pay the service provider at the time service is rendered
and send in for reimbursement. Service is limited to a maximum reimbursement of $60.00 US/$90.00
CN currency.
REIMBURSEMENT PROCEDURES
Information required:
- Customer name, address, and telephone number
- ORIGINAL dated road service receipt
- A photocopy of both sides of this roadside assistance card
- A photocopy of the original purchase receipt
You must mail the above information within thirty (30) days of the roadside assistance incident to:

Please allow 45 days for processing. Auto Road Services (ARS) is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected mail.
SERVICE EXCLUDES: RV’s, fleet vehicles, off-road vehicles or vehicles off the road (winch out), trailers,
any vehicle in tow, vehicles over one-ton capacity, commercial vehicles, any vehicle already at a repair facility or any
vehicle which at the sole determination of the service provider is in such condition that the service is likely to result
in damage to the vehicle. Theft, vandalism, and accident related incidents are not covered. Service not dispatched through
our toll-free number, incomplete claims and claims postmarked after thirty (30) days will not be honored. Service may not
be available in areas where state/provincial providers are exclusively utilized.
AGREEMENT
The responsibility of Auto Road Services, Inc. on behalf of CSK Auto, Inc. under this program is to provide the road service
as described herein. CSK Auto, Inc. shall not be held liable for any other costs, incidental or consequential damages of
fees otherwise accruing as a result of your use of the Autolite Pro-Tech alternator or starter.
This service is being provided by Auto Road Services on behalf of CSK Auto, Inc. as a benefit of purchasing an Autolite
Pro-Tech alternator or starter.
To receive roadside assistance and to be eligible for reimbursement please call the toll-free dispatch number noted in your warranty document provided at time of purchase.
