When your car or truck is down, you need the right parts and you need them fast. We understand that, so we make it easy to find what you need online, place an order, and pick up your parts in a store near you. If one location doesn't have everything you need, you can even get parts from another store on the same order.

How it Works
Which parts can I pick up?
Virtually all of our most popular parts are available for pick up. Just look for these availability symbols:

Products with one of these are usually available in our stores near your zip code. During the checkout process, we'll make sure each of the items you've selected is in stock.

Checking out
We've made placing your pick up order simple and fast. Once you're done shopping, just click "Checkout". We'll search up to five nearby stores for your parts. If each store has what you need, we'll list them and their distances from you- just pick the most convenient.

Sometimes each nearby store will not have everything to get the job done. One store may have a Fram oil filter, but not the Bendix brake pads you need. Another store may have the pads, but not the filter. In this case, we let you pick up the filter from one store and the Bendix pads from the other - all on the same order.

After choosing your pick up options, just enter your billing details and complete the order. Our associates at the store(s) you chose will prepare the order at the parts counter. After about an hour, pick it up at your convenience.

Before you leave home
Don't forget your ID and the card you used to place the order. Our store associates will check these to be sure that someone else is not using your identity. If you believe your card has been used fraudulently, please contact us.

At the store
Your order should be ready at the parts counter (not cash registers) toward the middle or back of the store. Tell the associate you placed an order online and give him or her your name. We'll get your parts and print two pick up receipts. Sign one receipt for the store and keep the other for yourself. No waiting for your parts to be looked up, no waiting at the register.

Need to return something? No problem.
Returns are easy. Just visit the parts counter at any of our stores with the product and your pick up receipt. An associate at the parts counter will return the product and apply a refund to the card used for the purchase. You'll sign one copy of a refund receipt and keep one for yourself. It's that easy.

If you need to exchange one item for another, we will issue a refund as described above and process a regular store sale for the correct part. If you have a core to return, we can issue the credit when you pick up the new part or you can bring it back for a refund later.

What about warranties?
It doesn't happen often, but it does happen. If a part you ordered online fails during the warranty period, just bring it back to any of our stores. An associate at the parts counter will be happy to return the item and provide a replacement.

The store price is cheaper
Go ahead, order online - we'll match it.

If you order an item for store pick up and the store's price for that same item is lower, we will automatically match it. You'll receive an email shortly after you complete the order notifying you of the price change and the pick up receipt will reflect the lower price.

Can I have parts shipped to a store?
Unfortunately, no. We cannot allow parts to be ordered online for delivery to our stores.

If an item is not available in stores near you, we will gladly ship it to your home from a regional distribution center. Our competitive shipping rates are based on the actual weight of your package, not the dollar amount of your order or some arbitrary schedule. If you need something quickly, we also offer priority and overnight delivery on most items at great rates too.

I know they have my part, but I can't place an order
This can happen for a couple of reasons:

  • The store(s) near you is(are) temporarily unable to accept online orders.
  • The store(s) may have recently restocked the part after being sold out.

    If either of these is the case, going directly to the store is probably the quickest solution. Both situations are temporary and will resolve themselves within a day or two, but we know you may not be able to wait that long. And if the online price is lower than the store's when you get there, just tell us and we'll match it.
